1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is in its original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The product is not customized, altered, or damaged.
- Products such as blouses, accessories, or items purchased during clearance sales are generally not eligible for returns unless defective.
If your product meets the above criteria, you may proceed with the return request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products purchased during flash sales, clearance events, or under promotional offers.
- Customized or tailored sarees and other clothing items.
- Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
- Any product damaged due to improper handling or washing by the customer.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
a. Request a Return

- Attach clear photographs of the product showing its condition, tags, and packaging if applicable.
b. Approval of Return
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
c. Shipping the Return
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product unless it is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
d. Quality Check
- Upon receiving the product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria.
- If the product fails to meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product:
- Follow the same steps outlined in the return process.
- Mention the product you want in exchange when initiating the return request.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already processed or shipped.
- If the cancellation is successful, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
